Kirill Shulga

Born in Ukraine, Kirill obtained a master's degree in Chinese and English before relocating to Shanghai in 2010, where he lived for 12 years and built a career as a full-time feature film and TV series actor. His work and ambition took him extensively around the world, shaping a strong international creative vision.

Alongside his acting career, he founded Grumpy Dragon Films, a dynamic video production company, and launched KickAss English, an online English school for Ukrainian and Russian speakers that grew into a 20,000+ Instagram community before the war brought that chapter to a close.

Now based in Lisbon, he is the Co-founder of Film Büro — a purpose-built, high-efficiency premium video studio dedicated to delivering world-class content with precision, speed, and impact.
